With a 1.5m measuring radius, length accuracy of ±0.100mm, and point repeatability of 0.079mm, it ensures unparalleled precision.
Paired with PolyWorks Inspector software, we generate detailed 3D scan reports that highlight dimensional coordinates, tolerances, and deviations. This transparent documentation ensures you receive components that meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

Our experienced team are fully certified with welding inspection and supervision qualifications, including:
- International Welding Specialist (IIW CIWT / IWS) qualified personnel
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) qualified personnel
- ASNT Visual Testing (VT) Inspector certified personnel
- AS 2214 Welding Supervisor qualified personnel
- Trade-qualified QA staff holding Certificate III in Light and Heavy Fabrication
