It doesn’t matter whether it is mild steel, zinc coated steel, stainless, aluminium, copper or brass we have the equipment and experience to supply whatever you require.
From the very simple to the very complex our three dimensional, Computer Aided Drafting and modelling capability, enables us to comply with almost any specified requirement. Coupled with our highly accurate and reliable Laser Cutting equipment we can guarantee a level of precision and repeatability that is second to none.
Close tolerance bending is easily achieved with equipment having a capacity of 200 tonnes and four metres provides a level of flexibility not readily available.
With our Inverter Welding technology and highly qualified and certified welders we can satisfy the requirements of Australian Standard AS 1554. This includes SP Carbon Steels (AS1554.1), SP Quench and Tempered Steels (AS1554.4) as well as Austenitic and Ferritic Stainless Steel (AS1554.6) which when added to the 500 amp capacity with bare and flux cored wires we can offer a huge range of welding options to satisfy almost any requirement.
Products that require machining of surfaces or components can be accommodated and we can also facilitate galvanised, zinc coated or powder coated finishes.
