If you want it cut, rockPRESS can do it. Rectangles, triangles, sheetmetal or plate, aluminium or stainless, zinc coated or just plain mild steel of your supply or ours we can cut it, just the way you want it.
As cutting by guillotine involves a simple shearing action, there will always be a slight burr on the edges and corners. If this is undesirable our friendly Sales Staff will be delighted to quote you for the alternative of Laser Cutting which has the advantage of leaving no burrs and a slight radius can be introduced to eliminate the sharpness of corners making handling much safer.
Where safe handling is not an issue, road signs and vehicle components for example, the guillotine can be quite acceptable and economical.
rockPRESS have three machines each capable of handling mild steel to 6 mm thickness and stainless steel to3 mm thickness and with a maximum width of 3 metres.
