Difficult jobs are made routinely easy by the rockPRESS state of the art multi axis Trumpf Press Brakes. These machines represent the very best of German Press Brake technology and we are fortunate to have eight of them of varying capacities giving us not only enormous flexibility but also huge productive potential.
Programmed by our own Design Drafting Department all programmes are stored on our Computer Server and hence can be accessed speedily and accurately for processing of further orders.
In addition, all of our program draftspersons are first class metal fabricators with the practical expertise to understand and consequently translate what customer is trying to achieve by offering practical advice and assistance to facilitate the desired outcome.
rockPRESS per medium of these machines is able to offer High and Close Tolerance bending for one off or large quantity repetition orders.
Our extensive and comprehensive range of case hardened tooling effectively removes the risk of contamination rust on the bend lines of stainless steel when exposed to a corrosive environment.
Our current stable of high quality Trumpf machines includes:
- 1 off 200 tonne 4 metres long with Bending Aid
- 3 off 130 tonne 3 metres long with Bending Aid
- 1 off 85 tonne 2.7 metres long
- 3 off 50 tonne 1.8 metres long
